JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative support in the design, development and implementation of learning solutions for instructor led, self-paced training, mobile learning, video and audio-based training as assigned. Support includes gathering information, compiling data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Assess data on training effectiveness
* Assist with needs/job analysis as needed, gathering information and compiling data
* Assist in gathering information, compiling/analyzing data to assist in determining the most appropriate and effective learning methods for diverse work groups.
* Work with subject matter experts, stakeholder, business sponsors and students to gather information to ensure learning objectives are met.
* Provide a wide range of high level administrative support for the Instructional Design team to build commercial quality learning content using industry accepted instructional design processes (ADDIE, AGILE, ARCS, Bloom s etc.).
* May present information using instructionally effective methods.
* May participate in system administration and course maintenance, such as Learning Management System (LMS)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/TECHNOLOGY USED
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated; self-starter
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and focus on immediate assignments
* Proficient in graphic/user interface/interactive design
* Familiarity with applications such as:
* Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Bridge, Premiere, InDesign, AfterEffects, etc.)
* Articulate 360 (Storyline 360, Rise, Studio 360, Replay, etc.)
* Snagit 2018 or greater
* Camtasia 2018 or greater
* Microsoft Office Applications
* Online graphic design applications, such as Venngage, Canva, etc.
* HTML, ActionScript or application/gaming design
* Familiarity with training project management skills such as needs analysis, scope, time estimations and execution
TYPICAL EDUCATION
* Some college or equivalent combination of education and experience
TYPICAL RANGE OF EXPERIENCE
* 0-3 years of related experience
