NTN is currently seeking a Customer Relations Associate / Sales Coordinator for our Farmington Hills, MI office.

Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to Customer Requests
- Order Entry and Data Maintenance
- Coordinate with internal support teams
- Track Customer Delivery Performance
- Maintain broad knowledge of NTN products, systems, policies & procedures
- Identify opportunities to drive process improvement
- Create a positive customer experience
- Work with Engineering and Operations team as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates' Degree in Business or related field.
- 1-5 years' business/customer service experience.
- Experience in working for a manufacturing company preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, Lotus Notes
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Organized, analytical, multi-task oriented.
