An award-winning hospital in the beautiful state of Utah is seeking an experienced Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services to join their accredited healthcare team!

 The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services will be joining a beautiful, 170+ patient bed, Level III Trauma Center that offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, and 24/7 Emergency Services. The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Director will have oversight of 13 Full Time Employees and work alongside the Chief Nursing Officer and Manager of Pharmacy Services to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, and manage the service line fiscal budget. The Pharmacy Services Director will also ensure that all state and federal regulatory standards are upheld.

 Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services include the completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmaceutical program and pharmaceutical inpatient management experience is preferred. Prior background in sterile products preparation, TPN, and Chemotherapy is also a huge plus!
