As a Training Specialist, you will deliver training l programs for new hires and onboarding. Support lines of business with training development, delivery and ongoing needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE?

* Apply adult learning concepts when assessing, developing and delivery training.

* Facilitate classes and assist other instructors in a virtual and physical class setting as applicable.

* Utilize available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.

* Conduct ongoing training for existing staff including all applicable laws.

* Gather and log documentation of training completion as required.

* Use a learning management system (Healthstream) to track competencies and skills for all Parallon Staff.

* Conduct training pre-class meetings and post-class feedback to Parallon managers and directors.

* Develop, design, and produce training material (job aides, manuals, facilitator and learner guides, etc.).

* Serve as a training resource on projects.

QUALIFICATIONS WHAT QUALIFICATION ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE?

* Bachelor's Training/Development, Instructional Design or education preferred. Equivalent work experience may substitute degree preference.

* 3 + years of revenue cycle experience.

* Desired experience in Medicaid Eligibility and government programs; certifications in training, facilitation and/or virtual training development.
