Under the direction of the RN Manager, as an RN Coordinator in Behavioral Health at our facility you will be part of a team that has a passion for creating positive patient interactions and is dedicated to caring for the multi-faceted wellness of those we serve. In this role:
* You will deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
* You will effectively interact with patients, their significant others, and all health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
* You will communicate the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention and promote collaboration within the health team.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required (BSN preferred)
* Current Utah RN license in good standing
* American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
* American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification
* CPI certification required within 90 days of hire
* Psychiatric and/or chemical dependency experience preferred, or a strong desire to learn skills associated with this field
* ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy) experience is desirable but not required
