The Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, transportation, and inventory management. The Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor is also responsible for the hiring, training, orientation, supervision, and evaluation of all Pharmacy employees.
What you will do in this role:
* Oversee all pharmacy supply chain functions
* Maintain operating expenses based on an annual operating budget
* Provide training to all new employees
* Meet or exceed warehouse Key Performance Indicators; prepares Pharmacy Key Performance Indicator report
* Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by the staff
* Ensure the highest levels of Inventory accuracy are met or exceeded; ensures the highest quality and accuracy for all pharmacy processes
* Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers, and other team members
* Ensure that all material handling and transportation equipment is properly maintained
* Supervise cycle counting process
* Supervise physical inventory counts during inventory process
* Ensure pharmacy operations meet all department mandated timeframes and deadlines
* Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for pharmacy staff
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain preferred
* 5 years Warehouse Operations Management experience required
* Pharmacy Supply Chain experience preferred
* Experience utilizing WMS software preferred
* Valid State Driver's License required
