The MKS Plasma & Reactive Gas team is looking for a leader to expand its successful growth in today's Semiconductor Deposition markets utilizing our Ozone Generators and Systems portfolio of products. The Product Line Manager will execute a comprehensive product strategy from conception and definition through end of life. She/he will function as a central resource within R&D, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Service and Operations as the product evolves from concept to release.

The Product Line Manager has international customers and has direct revenue, market share & profitability accountability including tracking competitive positioning. You will define and execute a long-term vision and strategy as well as develop market segment-based product roadmaps.

Successful candidate will exhibit a self-starter capability who is effective in leading and/or participating effectively in globally matrixed teams.

Primary Responsibility:

-

Own the development of market requirements for MKS Products, including product strategy definition, product requirements analysis, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate closely with Sales teams to develop market penetration strategies including product positioning in applications and markets.

Support Voice of the Customer data collection and analysis by identify growing customer needs for existing or emerging applications.

Analyze the market to understand current and emerging trends, customer value drivers, our current position and market share, total addressable market, and market shares of all key competitors. It is the responsibility of this position that the analysis remains current and updated with appropriate frequency.

Skill Requirements:

-

BS in Engineering, Physics or related technical field.

-

Experience in Product Marketing or related customer management field. Knowledge of Semiconductor Capital Equipment (e.g. CVD, PVD, Etch, Strip) processing and requirements.

-

Technical and business background within Semiconductor or related field with the proven ability to understand customers' technical and commercial needs to probe or identify potential solutions.

-

Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills with perseverance and self-confidence to work at all levels within the customers' and internal organizations. International Travel (when safe to do so again) up to 40%
