thysssenkrupp Elevator Corporation is seeking a LeadBilling Coordinator - Maintenance in Atlanta, GA.
The Maintenance Billing Lead Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the overall quality of operations and maintaining own daily tasks while serving as the first point of contact for Billing Coordinator team. The Lead is responsible for ongoing support, training, and guidance to the Coordinators, as well as a support for the Maintenance Billing leadership team.
Essential Job Function
Training new and existing employees on Contracts, Change Requests and any other processes pertaining to the Maintenance Billing Group
Performing Quality Checks on Contracts and Change Requests
Monitoring team metrics and redirecting team members, if needed.
Serve as the departmental "go-to" for employee questions/concerns
Performing specific tasks outlined by Management
Adhering to departmental SLA and ensuring team compliance
Escalate concern/issues to Supervisor when outside area of responsibility
Identify and provide feedback to management/departments concerning recurring issues and/or process improvements.
Support and guide team to follow best practices and create positive work culture.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts and provide customer service levels that exceed expectations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What we look for
High school diploma or GED and one-year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least five (5) years related experience with business to business customer interactions and/or training in Billing
At least one (1) year experience in Billing at TKelevator
At least one (1) year of proven skills in mentoring, coaching, training, influencing peers in the workplace
Able to read and write correspondence in a clear and understandable manner
