The MKS Plasma & Reactive Gas team is looking for a leader to expand upon its successful growth in today's Semiconductor & Industrial markets. If you're a seasoned Product Manager looking for the next great step in your career, this may be the opportunity that you've been waiting for!

The Director, Product Management will plan, organize, and control the global product lines from conceptual stage through product life cycles to optimize profitability & market reach whilst achieving financial and corporate growth objectives. Responsible for the business development of all the groups product lines on a global scale, this also includes supporting regional management with financial plans, product line strategy and implementation, product development direction, marketing plans, technical and commercial support, as well as leading management of change. You will define and execute a long-term vision and strategy.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity is:

Educated in a technical discipline or the sciences with 5+ years of product management experience

-

Experience in Product Marketing/Management or sales/account management & looking for a transition

-

Knowledge of the Semiconductor Capital Equipment Industry could be advantageous

-

Technical and business background with the proven ability to understand customers' technical and commercial needs

-

Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills with perseverance and self-confidence to work at all levels within the customers' and internal organizations

-

Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
