Description
We are looking for a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our Plasma & Reactive Gas Solutions Product Engineering Team.

As a Product Engineering team member, you will work on new product introduction, continuous improvement, testing, qualification, and troubleshooting on various product families.

You will work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and technical environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well organized, and capable

Responsibilities:

- Lead a technical team or work individually on the design, modeling, test of complex components and systems.

- Drive project completion across functional groups including Marketing, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability.

- Identify creative opportunities for continuous improvement across multiple product lines.

- Work closely with cross functional groups to align on customer/business needs and identify achievable engineering requirements.

- Develop, document, and execute design verification plans.

- Communicate effectively with both the development team and management stakeholders in both oral and written forms.

- Ensure product design meets industry and regulatory compliance requirements and standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in System Engineering, specifically interfacing with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to understand and manage tradeoffs between cost, performance, and schedules.

- Ability to design/test complex hardware/software systems that begin with proper scope, requirements reviews, and developing the concepts necessary for operation.

- Strong technical communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.

- Mechanical design experience is a plus
