Cognizant Marketing Overview
Cognizant Marketing is expanding its Social Media team with the addition of a Manager, Social Media, Employee Advocacy to drive a social media activation program for Cognizant associates that includes tools, training, online resources, internal communications and external social media publishing to grow our brand worldwide. You will join us as a remote employee from any location in the U.S. and work closely with our Global Director of Social Media.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing adoption of social media for professional purposes by Cognizant associates while helping to build awareness of social media policies, guidelines and best practices.
You will build awareness of the employee activation program through internal newsletters, meetings, trainings and presentations. This will also require you to stay current with the latest developments in employee advocacy and social media marketing.
You will serve as an articulate champion of professional engagement on social platforms while also understanding the value of governance and enabling technologies.
Additionally, you will measure the ROI of the program by leveraging data from multiple sources, while also maintaining partner relationships (e.g. employee advocacy software), and continuously improving internal documentation (e.g., FAQ, best practice guides, toolkits).
