Who we are looking for

As part of State Street’s continued investment in Resiliency, we are looking for an individuals with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of IT Lifecycle. These team members will work along with application teams and Infrastructure teams to help deliver organizational Lifecycle goals.

What you will be responsible for

Work with a number application teams and infrastructure teams to identify Lifecycle requirements, schedule builds, deployment and migrations while identifying and working through blockers, risks and other items that could derail the plan.

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledge of State Street applications a plus

  • Minimum 4 year college degree

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with application teams or large scale IT infrastructure projects

  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 products, including MS Project

  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems; creating, updating and closing tickets

  • Strong customer service customer service skills (both written and verbal)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and understand what is being described

  • Ability to effectively deliver and execute technical projects across multiple engagements in a customer-facing-capacity
