What will I be doing?

The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management is responsible for license management and delivery of financial systems for our Finance business customers. Working with various partners (team members, outside consultants and developers), the Senior Analyst will manage new openings, license management, and product support for hotel financial applications.

More specifically, you will:

• Handle financial system implementation for new openings by being detail oriented and proactive. Coordinate project scope/timeline, ensuring completion of license and vendor contracts and proactively identifying risks and issues.
• Ensure all new openings adhere to Hilton's new opening methodology. Document, plan and ensure completion of work, approvals and key objectives.
• Maintain financial system licenses including license transfers, serialization changes, and other contractual updates.
• Work with IT Finance to complete intercompany billing and invoice processing of financial systems steady state support and projects.
• Respond to hotel users' requests and questions on licenses, billing and special projects.
• Assist Senior Director of Portfolio Management with strategies for applicable systems; execute on strategy.
• Provide ongoing support for financial systems including supervising the change management process.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and the Technology organization, including developers and architects.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of work experience in Technology or related field
• Experience working on complex, global projects/initiatives for a large enterprise environment
• Advanced experience with Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
• One (1) year of Project Management or Business Analyst experience responsible for concurrent tasks and projects

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree with six (6+) years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED with twelve (12+) years of Technology related experience
• Seven (7)+ years of work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2)+ years working with software license contracts
• Knowledge and understanding of financial systems
