Description:

EBNHC is looking for a team focused, mature, and reliable individual to join the Lobby Screener team. The Lobby Screener will promote social distancing and infection control in the lobby of EBNHC buildings while creating a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all patients, visitors, and vendors are wearing appropriate facial coverings.


• Screen patients entering the lobby for symptoms of respiratory illnesses such as fever or cough


• Direct patients to the proper department based on the screening rubric


• Based on location, the screener may also assist with management of the pharmacy line and screening of patients picking up medications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability.


• Excellent communication skills


• Comfort working independently as well as part of a team


• Customer service experience a plus


• Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred

Shifts are available between 8:00 and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. This position is located at our South End Community Health Center
