Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and report data from multiple systems in order to measure key processes, member behavior, and overall trends with a focus on member experience.
- Follows project management methodologies to prepare comprehensive plans for all process improvement initiatives.
- Works with cross-functional teams, communicates regularly, backs up action plans with deadlines and progress reports, and drives issues to closure.
- Identifies member and financial impact associated with implemented process improvement recommendations.
- Establishes and maintains business relationships with appropriate business partners, both internal and external.
- Consults with and assists management by conducting analysis and interpreting data; uncovering issues, trends, and making recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Applies analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving – knows how to obtain and use data, and comfortable with statistical concepts.
- Keeps informed of new developments, methods, and techniques in member experience.
- Develops and manages member advocacy group by recruiting and retaining said members, creating surveys and analyzing.
Communications:
- Disseminates SCCU policies, procedures, and announcements to staff in a timely manner and conducts regular and recurring meetings to foster effective communication.
- Works with peers and/or other departments to consistently measure the effectiveness and team and makes recommendations for ways to improve the member experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance,
- Five to eight years’ experience in one of the following areas: analysis, project management, quality, or leading teams; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Accomplished at setting priorities and multi-tasking.
- Continually seeks better ways of doing business.
- Questions assumptions and traditions while understanding their reason for existing.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
