Job Description:

Commercial Term Lending (CTL) is a lending business within JPMorgan Chase that offers multifamily and commercial term loan financing in 13 major U.S. Markets. We have two specialized lending teams within CTL. Our Multifamily Lending Team is the nation's #1 multifamily lender, Chase provides term financing from $500,000 to $25 million+ for the purchase or refinance of stabilized apartment buildings with five+ units. Our Commercial Mortgage Lending Team provides term financing from $1 million to $15 million+ for the purchase or refinance of stabilized industrial, office, retail or mixed use properties.

The successful candidate will join a global Finance & Business Management (F&BM) group, supporting the CTL F&BM Reporting and Analytics team. He/she will learn core business processes and partner with Front Office, Strategy, Operations teams, Technology teams, and F&BM team resources to lead both strategy and execution of a comprehensive metrics and analytics platform. Strong focus on strategic projects in Affordability, Off-Balance Sheet Lending, and Digital transformation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Help drive an enterprise reporting and visualization project utilizing big data and QlikSense framework
• Define, monitor, and report key management metrics; implement and manage scorecards and dashboards at the employee, team, and department levels
• Engage with stakeholders to understand diverse reporting requirements and serve as a thought leader in simplifying the execution of data management and reporting processes, as well as metrics definitions
• Perform data analysis to generate insights

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of total experience within MIS, Operations, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles. The successful candidate will have a unique mix of technical data skills and business acumen, with strong past experience in operational process monitoring & management
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources. Attention to detail a must with focus on executive quality presentation
• Excellent communication, project management, and client partnership ability
• Proficiency with data analysis toolset required: databases, SQL and data visualization, e.g., QlikSense and Tableau preferred
• Advanced-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, VBA, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Agile software development process
• Experience in banking or financial services
• BS/BA required; quantitative focus strongly preferred
