This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• 12+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• 8+ Years of Management experience as Test Manager, workign with Senior development directors, working with Senior product managers. Presenting results to Senior Executive director level folks. Leading overall development team from testing prosective.
• Good presentation and influential skills,Strong written and oral communication, Strong leadership skills is must
• At least 5 years' experience with defining the testing strategy for large scale programs and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle
• Strong communication skills, able to work with 50 plus developers, need to be a dynamic leader
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks specifically in Java, Java Spring boot, Selenium and Cucumber
• Working knowledge of Java and programming background, Java Spring boot experience will be additional benfit
• Experience in applying Business driven development techniques (jUnit, Fitnesse, Selenium, Cucumber or similar tools)
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Deployment practices and tools (Jenkins or equivalent, Maven, Git, developer efficiency tools).
• Experience working in Agile teams, ability to focus and grasp business concepts explained during PBRs and creating test strategy and test scenarios.
• Good presentation and influential skills,Strong written and oral communication, Strong leadership skills is must
• Experience working on Unix.
• Passionate about testing strategy, problem solving, learning new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge.
• Manage and Guide the automation engineers on the framework, automation guidelines.
• Proven experience in backend Automation using different automation tools and frameworks.
• Should have understanding of Micro Services Architecture is required
