Job Description:

To retain and grow membership within dedicated group health accounts in collaboration with all internal support areas for successful implementation, renewal, and ongoing account satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills
Must have Health & Life license in state in which incumbent will be working or obtain within six months following date of hire. Multi-state licensure may be required. Demonstrated ability to work with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Lotus Notes. Possess excellent time management skills. Public presentation expertise and persuasive communication style. Must demonstrate customer service orientation and assume personal accountability. Must demonstrate knowledge of and have experience with partially or full self funded plans. Must be able to work autonomously with a high attention to detail. Must be able to assume leadership role both internally and externally. Must be able to handle/resolve first level client issues and escalate as appropriate. Must be able to accommodate up to 30% travel. Must be able to work outside of normal work hours when necessary.
