Responsible for the monitoring and auditing of HNAS customer service rep's calls/intakes though the call recording system and live call listening. Works to ensure that all internal operating and administrative procedures are being followed during the call and accurate information is relayed to callers. Handle specialized request for call auditing from the customer service supervisors to ensure accurate information was relayed to the caller. Review, understand and adhere to all plan wording to manage all audits accurately and timely. Assist the customer service team with taking calls during backlog situations, which also will include, but not limited to recording an intake/inquiry, following up on resolution of the intake, responding back to the caller with the resolution and following all the procedures related to customer service calls. Reporting any system issues to the appropriate parties and working to help with the any specialize projects, such as system upgrade reviews.

Problem Solving Skills: Ability to research and seek assistance through all available resources to, ensure resolution on customer service audits. Must be able to multi-task and follow up at appropriate intervals. Raise concerns to the management team on situations and/or issues in a timely manner.
