Hourly Rate: $14.41
Schedule: Friday - Monday
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance


The Cook I will prepare fast-food items to order and assists with large entrees/sides and required items in accordance with the production log. Duties include washing, peeling, chopping, dicing, and slicing; fruits, meats, and vegetables and all general cooking in accordance with standard recipe requirements. Provides assistance to Cook II personnel.

Essential Functions



  • Pans-up bacon, sausage and ham for breakfast and midday meals.

  • Sets up specialty bars as required. (potato, pasta, fruit, omelet, and hamburger)

  • Works grill during meal periods.

  • Garnishes food items and serving lines.

  • Checks and logs refrigerator and food temperatures.

  • Serves food items according to portion standards.

  •  Check plates and bowls for cleanliness.

  •  Replenishes food items from food warmers to ensure availability for patrons.

  •  Informs back-up cook when items are running low.

  •  Keeps serving line free of spills and food debris.
