The Nemours Health System is currently seeking a Senior Director, Advancement Services to act as the foundations database expert and will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic vision, and planning for the institution’s fundraising prospect management and analytics. Reporting to the Executive Director, Fund Operations, the Senior Director, Advancement Services will be based at our Home Office in Jacksonville, FL.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Fund Operations, the Senior Director, Advancement Services will be the database expert at Nemours Fund for Children’s Health (NFCH) and will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic vision, and planning for the institution’s fundraising prospect management and analytics.

This position supports NFCH in its fundraising efforts by managing the Prospect Management and Analytics team to develop customized information and analyses that contribute to building and maintaining donor relationships and strengthening donor connections. In addition, the Senior Director, Advancement Services helps develop the structure and procedures to support those relationships, identifying and implementing tools for analytics, predictive modeling, metrics, and other reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will be a collegial team player with a proven ability to motivate, engage, and work collaboratively at all levels with prospects, donors, volunteers, leadership, and senior members of the research and medical staff, or similar constituencies. Travel between Fund Sites is required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s degree preferred

CFRE Certification preferred

Raiser's Edge Fundamentals required

5+ years of database experience required
