We're looking for a passionate Design Producer/Program Manager who's motivated by solving complex problems, who cares about building strong relationships, and who lives and breathes the details in everything they do. OPPORTUNITY
Drive product design programs with high-performing, cross-functional project teams through the product design lifecycle including concepting, design, development, and delivery of unique product designs and experiences
Operate in a high-impact role supporting our Health Division
Collaborate with the Design team to identify business needs and transform them into actionable project requirements and resource plans
Facilitate various workflows and methodologies, flexing to each projects' needs and establishing new standards
Evolve your critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to guide teams through challenges and deliver great results
Serve as liaison and central point of contact for cross-functional teams both internal and external, focused on building credibility, promoting transparency and managing expectations
Contribute to the evolving Design Producer capability for Product Design at Bose
SKILLS
BS/BA degree in a related field (communications, project management, business, design)
8+ years of experience running programs in product design or other creative mediums for a large global brand
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities between planning, analyzing, supporting and managing multiple programs
Highly motivated, self-directed and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates confidence and leadership for cross-functional project teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must clearly communicate with team members, vendors, and senior management regarding program details and status
Agile / Lean experience is a plus
High level of technical competency
Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
