What does this role look like?
You will be responsible for deploying a organizational change management (OCM) strategies and to develop, implement and lead the OCM plans and activities on assigned projects.

Adhering to Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) best practice standards, implement appropriate organizational change management assessments and related actions bases on the data provided from the assigned business unit. Drive stakeholder management throughout the project by creating and implementing mitigation activities which include developing communication, engagement and sustainment plans. Manage the project milestones ensuring the change leadership metrics are shared with both the sponsors and project leadership. Create sustainment/reinforcement plans that allow projects to continue effectively post go live including utilization evaluation and ongoing metrics, conducting and leveraging lessons learned. Ensure active leadership engagement by providing written guidance via communication plans (i.e. speaker notes, elevator speeches, emails, memos, and Town Hall material). Identify and manage anticipated resistance while building organizational change management capability. Maintain partnerships throughout the organization building a unified approach to organizational change management.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in organization development, business, or a related field; or a combination of post-high school education and related experience. Master's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 years' experience in supporting and leading change efforts utilizing the tools and strategies for organizational change management.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners. Ability to work independently with little supervision and function effectively and collaboratively with, or as part of a team. Ability to, directly and indirectly, mentor, coach, train and/or supervise employees. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends, as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Ability to provide subject matter expertise, counsel, and effectively influence others at various levels within the organization. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data and substantiating information. Ability to manage conflict and demonstrate the courage to challenge organizational thinking and the status quo. Knowledge of and ability to conduct need, trend, feasibility and performance assessments. Knowledge of training methodology and the ability to develop and facilitate technical/operational training to others. Knowledge of and ability to apply the principles and practices to strategically align tasks and people with organizational goals and objectives.

OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS: Certification in any change management methodology, such as Prosci. Familiarity with best-practice standards for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and its code of ethics. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) l certification status a plus.
