What you will do
How you will do it
• Working with the Account Manager to develop, review, plan and implement the sales strategy for these customers.
• Working with the global sales teams in order to drive and deliver special projects, campaigns and initiatives set out by the strategic account manager.
• Leading, planning, deploying and directing regional projects for the customers on behalf of JCI.
• Measuring, monitoring and overseeing all program activities, operational support and delivery to the customer globally by working with the operational teams and the global resources.
• Creating and managing global reporting process for all operational performance.
• Ensuring contractual and corporate compliance for the account within the region.
• Providing leadership to train and direct multi-disciplined technical, sales, operational and administrative support personnel in order to ensure standardized deployment of a global program for the customer across all regions.
• Coach and mentor JCI global account and project team members on effective project management practices and techniques.
• Serving as a customer interface to effectively communicate and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working with the data center strategic account manager and customer to obtain additional business and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for contract revenue growth.
• Leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment with quality tools, behaviors and practices.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
What we look for in a candidate
Required
Preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Business Administration
• ASIS CCP, PMI, PMP, or other equivalent certifications
• Intermediate to advanced skills web based tools, including SalesForce.com and Smart Sheet
• People management experience
• Global experience with customers in large global companies
• Ability to budget and perform cost analysis
• Working knowledge of contracting regulatory and compliance topics
Remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S.A
