In this role, which is a 10:30am-7:30pm schedule, you will serve as a Garmin product and customer expert! You will help our customers get back to their passion by solving customer inquiries and troubleshooting their Garmin products or services. You will be using our internal tools to identify and resolve product issues. You will be using your written bilingual language skills to translate support articles to further support our Latin America and French-Canadian customers. Other essential functions include:
