POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for creating and implementing our campus recruiting strategy. In this role you will be accountable for facilitating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving the sourcing strategy, building our employer brand at universities and colleges, and ensuring adherence to our company values. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the selection process for interns, co-ops and full-time candidates which includes on-campus informational sessions, sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews and monitoring pre-hire screenings. This person will play a critical role in building USG’s reputation and brand on campus.
Our Campus Recruiter acts as an internal consultant for hiring managers, building long-term business relationships to fill roles with the best-matched talent. The Recruiter will partner closely with company leadership to understand business objectives, assess hiring needs and manage the process through the full recruiting lifecycle. You will build solid pipelines of candidates and have proven results in closing candidates.
We are seeking a Campus Recruiter who will manage activities for the US and Canada. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with experience and vision to join the Talent Management team and help make the USG Campus Recruiting effort best in class, at serving the organization as well as our student candidates.
