This position is responsible for the set up and maintenance of ePAF and Payroll for North America, Workforce and Benefits Administration in the PeopleSoft system on the Norman campus, testing of updates and fixes, monitoring and testing changes to the system requested by our department and end users. This position requires discretion and independent judgment as well as a comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply; basic accounting principles, knowledge of federal and state tax laws, university policies, procedures, practices and administrative organizational structure, collection and analysis of data and basic problem solving techniques. Works with Financial Associate II on set-up and testing of benefit plans and rules so Benefits Administration will run smoothly; find solutions to problems with procedures, workload, etc.
