Reporting to the Blood Bank Supervisor, the Blood Bank Lab Technologist will collaborate with the Medical Laboratory team, and perform a variety of testing on blood, body fluids, and exudates to provide information used to diagnose diseases. The ideal Blood Bank Hospital Lab Technologist will be certified and understand the laboratory and hospital safety policies, equipment, safety requirements, and guidelines and maintain technical competency.  They will need to prioritize patient testing during times of peak workload to ensure timely reporting and workflow.
