Updates from the following groups; Technology [System Integration/Quality Assurance, Project Implementation], Product Management [Customer Interaction Management, Product], Billing Systems Strategy [B&C], Logistics, Programming, Online Services [.net/.com], Product Strategy/Development and Marketing. Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, this position is responsible for ensuring that the Sales Department is operationally and systematically ready within deadlines and budgets.When representing the Sales Department, this position is representing all Sales channels and the overall Sales Operations Department for both Altice East and Altice West initiatives. This person is responsible for the gathering, review, development, documenting, and communication of information for: Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, Inbound, Outbound, Sales Support, Retail, Retention, Web/Chat, Bulk/MDU, Alternate Channels and Sales Operations. The following Operations and Systems include but are not limited to: Order Entry Process, Sales Support, IDA, KDB, various frontline sales applications, SalesForce.com, SFA [SalesForce Automation], Phone Systems [ACD/IVR], Staffing and Training.This position has a lead role in coordinating the development and communication of corporate initiatives to be implemented by all Sales Channels and supporting groups. Inclusive of this responsibility are:* This position works collaboratively with the in the Sales Operations team and other Sales counterparts in order to coordinate preliminary Beta testing for future Product releases/enhancements, offer updates and process changes. Assessment and Review of test cases will be necessary to determine if operational systems are ready to support the Sales channels.* This position is responsible to confirm discovered defects have been escalated, reported, tracked and fixed while keeping deadlines and budgets on track.* This position works closely with the Training department in the development of Sales Training documentation for communication to the front-line Sales personnel. Training assessment, development and design plays a major role in determining timelines for completing training sessions and determining which method of training best suits the business needs.* This position works collaboratively with all Product Strategy and Development groups to ensure all aspects of product launches are ready for sales.* This position also includes the responsibilities of ensuring that all Sales processes are up to date and being followed by users, and all work is done in line and standardized across all sales channels.* This position will collaborate within the Sales Operations teams and other Sales counter parts in the review of Product Business Requirement Documents [BRD's] and Functional Requirement* Documents [FRD's, RFW's, Etc.] to verify that Sales process requirements are incorporated in the process policies and flows.* This position will also act as a stakeholder in tandem with the Director of Sales Operations Readiness & Sr. Director Sales Operations to take a part in reviewing and approving business requirements for future Sales enhancements to operating systems. * In addition, this position will support all Sales Department business units in the design, development, documentation and communication of new and existing policies, processes and procedures while also making sure the processes are standardized across all Sales channels and in line with company goals.* This position will work within the Sales Operations [Sales Support, Process Assurance, Sales Operations Desk and Contact Center Reporting] team to create transition plans from project development and implementation to day to day support and management.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include but are not limited to:* Work collaboratively with Product teams, Project Implementation teams and the Sales Operations teams in reviewing upcoming corporate initiatives, process changes and enhancements in order to ensure Sales team can appropriately implement the initiative. In addition, assist in developing documentation for the Training department to aid in the development of training materials.* Review and Ensure all Sales policies and procedures are standardized across all sales channels and communicated.* Meet with the Project Implementation and Product groups to assist in the development of Sales processes to ensure that appropriate processes are developed for new campaigns, offers and Product launches.* Meet with Sales Management and Sales Operations to determine performance needs with regard to processes and tools.* Represent the Sales Organization in cross-functional meetings with Product, System Integrations, Customer Interaction Management, Billing & Collections [B&C], Online Services [.net/.com] and Marketing to ensure processes are centralized and standardized.* Participate in training document review sessions with the Training team and determine Sales training needs.* Ensure Sales Reps have ready access to Product information and processes to enable the Sales departments to focus on making sales.* Develop recommendations and solutions based on assessment and understanding of operating environments.* Verify all Commission processes and standards are ready to support new initiatives.* Define the requirements for and work with Information Systems, Billing and Collections and Sales Management to further develop and implement changes to the front-end order entry system.* Support the management teams for all Sales channels through the review of existing order entry policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.* Special Projects as deemed necessary.SCOPE* Achieve the service level requirements established by Sales and area business units with respect to the gathering of required policy and process information and assisting in the timely design and development of training materials.* Maintain strong and valued relationships with functional heads by soliciting feedback. (Sales Management, Sales Operations, Training, etc.).* Achieve corporate initiative roll outs on a timely basis.* Assist business units in attainting budgeted sales goals.* Achieve minimal ramp time for sales reps.
