Housekeeper - PL Ocean Residences at Shaner Hotel Group Limited Partnership in Key Largo, Florida

Job Description:

Clean Ocean Residences as assigned, ensuring the residence's established standards of cleanliness.  Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.  Ensures the confidentiality and security of all residences.

1. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company's business operations.


2. Maintains the standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.


3. Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping residence procedures, and security procedures.


4. Cooperates with managers and supervisors and completes any requests from them as soon as possible.


5. Wears appropriate uniform, footwear, and name tag.  Meets standards at all times.


6. Uses correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and Residence requirements.


7. Performs turn-down service.


8. Turns over any lost or found items from residences to Supervisor.
