Job Requirements


  • Minimum 8 years of experience implementing MES solutions using Wonderware InTouch, GE Proficy (Plant Apps), Rockwell Factory Talk or similar solutions

  • Experience with Food & Beverage industries

  • Experience with integration with level 2 systems and level 4 systems (ERP systems)

  • Knowledge of ISA 95 and components

  • Functional knowledge in Production Execution, Traceability and Inventory Management

  • Preferred knowledge with data acquisition systems like OSI PI, GE Historian a plus

  • Experience with SQL databases like MS SQL or Oracle

  • Experience with process improvement initiative in Manufacturing

  • Previous experience in operations management a plus

  • Customer facing skills experience

  • Demonstrated ability to understand industry issues and problems, relate them to customer’s needs, and propose appropriate solutions

  • Excellent organization skills, ability to take initiative and work independently or as a member of a small team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building

  • Strong presenter, comfortable presenting in front of customers, conveying status

  • Knowledgeable in industrial technology

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering

Essential Functions


  • Access manufacturing companies with current capabilities vs. their desired capabilities within MES space

  • Recommend MES solutions based on manufacturing assessment

  • Implementation of MES solutions

  • Assist in responding to RFP responses for MES solutions

  • Benchmark manufacturing executions system with industry standards

  • Implement of POV (proof of value cases) or POC (proof of concept)

  • Provide manufacturing visions within currently technology capabilities

  • Provide manufacturing visions and road maps

Travel to customer and project jobsite required as necessary.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled.   Overtime may be required.
