Job Description:

Position Overview:  Join the area’s premier provider of mental health services for individuals with IL, DD and ASD to perform diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy interventions for children, adolescents and adults, significant trauma and/or co-occurring mental health diagnosis in order to enable them to achieve their optimal level of mind, body, and spirit.  Therapy services provided to family members of those served within the target population. Full time staff have friendly productivity standards. Mileage reimbursement for travel to other sites.

Fee for Service Rates:

·         $45.00 per billable therapy hour for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LISW/LPCC);

·         $40.00 per billable therapy hour for master’s level dependently licensed clinicians (LSW/LPC)

·         $35.00 per billable therapy hour for BSW/LSW;

·         $75.00 flat rate for DAF’s completed by master’s level clinicians;

·         $70.00 flat rate for DAF’s completed by BSW/LSW;

·         $20.00 for mandatory training's

·         $10.00 to complete agency training's upon hire and annuall

Requirements

·        Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work and current licenses of LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), PCC (Professional Clinical Counselor), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), PC (Professional Counselor), LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Board required or Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Bachelor’s in Social Work with LSW (Licensed Social Worker) and at least 5 years experience in providing mental health therapy.

·         Past experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental illness helpful.

·         Trauma-informed and understanding of how to build resiliency factors necessary to heal helpful.

·         A valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points on driving record. Insured, reliable vehicle for on the job use.
