Job Summary

Under minimal supervision the Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and working with BPO partners to manage discrepancies in production performance, trends in data and creating / aligning reporting to manage the partners contractual performance requirements. This position works closely with Workforce Management leadership as well as working alongside all levels of call center leadership both internal and external vendor partners to coordinate performance reporting and invoicing.

Responsibilities


  • Monitors, Tracks, and works with vendors to identify and correct real-time discrepancies in actual production hours to commitments.

  • Performs daily "check-in" calls with vendors to identify any shifts that need to be solved for. Solves for any variances.

  • Provides real-time feedback to the organization around risks to plans and coordinates with vendors to mitigate risk.

  • Provides time-based (intraday, daily, weekly, etc) reports around vendor performance to commitments.

  • Reinforces contractual requirements with vendors to ensure full alignment on expects payable hours.

  • Performs review of technology and vendor labor invoices to ensure accurate and complete. Processes invoices following Altice SOP.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively

  • Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines with short time constraints

  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, chat, in person and by phone

Qualifications / Requirements


  • Associates degree in related field such as Business Management or Finance or equivalent work experience

  • Advanced skillset in Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Aspect Workforce Management and Cisco are strongly preferred

  • Prior experience in a Call Center leadership capacity is strongly preferred
