Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Liaison between Onsite Leads, Project Manager and Sports Franchise client. Key contact person to problem solve Regional issues and overall commander of the region for day to day activities, 24x7 on call resolution
Report daily updates to Project Manager and populate daily scorecard status and report outs
Hire and manage staff onsite while dealing with the day-to-day issues for their specific Sports Franchise site location. Problem resolution with issues including but not limited to: phlebotomy and COVID-19 swab collecting staff, specimen tracking, specimen resolution and scheduling adjustments, IT Support, Logistics Divers, Customer Service, POC technician and Supply procurement
Regional Director will be well organized, excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple operations tasks at the same time with a strong problem solving ability
Host and coordinate daily On-site team calls
Manage and train Onsite Staff to deal with technical and customer interactions
Reconciliation tracking and quality management over multiple locations
Regional Directors will ensure all contractual obligations are met, while abiding by all compliance to regulatory regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration
5+ years of experience in client service and/or healthcare sales with progressive management experience
2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing others
Experience with managing franchise client relationships
Must have a clean, valid Driver License
Knowledge of healthcare industry
Strong leadership skills and ability to work closely with other company units and team members
Excellent problem solving, customer service skills in a healthcare, hospital or physician organization
Development and execution of sales plan (pipeline, hiring and training)
Attention to detail
Good Business Acumen
Strategic Thinking, ability to learn new systems and processes
Excellent computer skills, MS Office
Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
Results Driven and High initiative
Travel throughout the West coast is required
Location: Can be remote but must reside in the West coast (AZ, NV, TX preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of diagnostic or sports health & safety industry a plus
Experience working for a diagnostic laboratory highly desired
