An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Lead Admixture Production Technician to join our team at our Mount Vernon, WA facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lead Admixture Production Technician performs and coordinates support of day-to-day activities of plant operations related to production, procurement and customer service.


  • Produces a quality product by following established procedures

  • Performs Quality inspections per quality Lab procedures

  • Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process and quality system

  • Sets the scheduled production requirements

  • Conducts inventory checks as required

  • Assists in the training of new employees

  • Maintains a safe and clean workplace

  • Conducts and or directs plant personnel in production planning and other related activities

  • Conducts and or directs plant personnel in loading and unloading operations

  • Conducts and or directs execution of inventory control functions

  • Plan and executes procurement of raw materials

  • Conducts data entry functions related to orders, inventory control, production and purchasing as required

  • Conducts and or directs the maintenance of plant buildings and grounds

  • Monitors adherence to safety procedures

  • Coordinate customer service with production

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications & Previous Experience


  • Minimum requirement - High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 

  • One to two years related experience and/or training in Manufacturing / Operations
