Basic Function:
Develop a plan for an interactive psychology research course focused on library tools (assessing needs, proposing a platform and developing content).
 

Essential Functions: 

• Conduct interviews with college librarians, faculty and students to assess needs


• Review existing training materials and identify gaps


• Synthesize findings into a report recommending learning objectives, course modules and a recommended platform


• Develop course content in the form of storyboards, quizzes, etc.
   

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)


• 3+ years College-level Psychology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reliable/responsible


• Familiarity with psychology research tools


• Organization/project management


• Excellent writing and presentation skills


• Basic meeting management, business communication and office skills


• Ability to work independently, ask questions when stuck and add clarity where there is uncertainty
