Overview:
Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, the nurse's assistant is responsible to provide the patient with basic personal health care needs. He/She communicates patient needs to the licensed nurse. Documentation of care is complete and appropriate. The nurse's assistant keeps the patient environment in a clean, neat, and orderly manner. The nurse assistant identifies risk to the patients, and others, and initiates action to minimize or prevent risk. The nurse assistant participates in educational programs and projects toward professional growth and development of self. Assists with Swingbed activities and documents appropriately. Will also perform other reasonably related job responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nurse Assistant Certification preferred.
- Experience: Entry Level.
- Certifications: Nurse Assistant Certification preferred.
