As a Specialist, GTM Sales Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering insights and recommendations to drive growth, engagement and measure the performance of our Go To Market (GTM) efforts. You will report on key business measures, deliver insights, develop compelling data visualizations, data mine, and tell our story to current and prospective business partners.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed analyses to operational and strategic questions. Provide forward looking insights and propose recommendations.

  • Establish relationship between data from systems of the Sales and Marketing Tech Stack.

  • Partner with the Data Engineering team to acquire, analyze, clean and structure data that can be leveraged for GTM insights generation.

  • Present analyses and findings to stakeholders; 'telling the story' and identifying drivers and opportunities of business performance.

  • Deliver and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; design and build visually engaging and informative dashboards for sales and marketing leaders.

  • Define and document measurement requirements for analytics projects, identify project deliverables and milestones required to support stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related area.

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency with SQL and PowerBI development.

  • Experience with Systems of the Sales and Marketing Tech Stack in the context of business data insight delevopment, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Outreach, Hubspot, Google, Adobe Marketing Suite etc.
