Come join our actuarial systems programming team where you will:


  • Design, develop, test and maintain actuarial systems programming

  • Provide analytical and technical assistance in the development, support and maintenance of actuarial software

  • Test new and revised hardware/software

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of end-user’s problems and questions

  • Help create and review user documentation and assist in the development of training videos for users

  • Review documentation for Actuarial Developer code


  • Minimum of six years of related pension plan actuarial experience within a consulting and/or insurance company environment for external candidates

  • Minimum of four actuarial exams (or additional years of experience)

  • Strong familiarity with Actuarial principles and proven facility with quantitative analysis

  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and proven knowledge of pension funding is a plus

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer programming languages

  • Extremely high level of attention to detail and organizational skills with superior written communication skills

  • An undergraduate degree in Math, Computer Science, Actuarial Science or a related field
