Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for Senior-level and Mid-level Executive Assistants supporting various HQ USSPACECOM Directorates. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties, manage workload and prioritize tasks. USSPACECOM’s mission is to deter aggression and conflict, defend U.S. and allied freedom of action, deliver space combat power for the Joint/Combined force, and develop joint warfighters to advance U.S. and allied interests in, from, and through the space domain.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with USSPACECOM and external personnel
Prepare and review internal and external documents for the principal
Maintain and manage the calendar of activities, meetings, and events for the principal
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
4 or more years’ experience
Secret/Top Secret Clearance (based on position)
7 or more years’ experience for Administrator III positions
