Seeking a Credentialing Enrollment Specialist  who provides expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

 The Credentialing Enrollment Specialist responsible for processing new and established provider/group applications, follow up and relationship building with Program Managers (PMs), providers and inter departmental personnel regarding all facets of Provider Enrollment.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 Assists with maintaining the enrollment communication tool (ECT) site to include printing and mailing of applications to providers, following up to ensure provider has received application and uploading signed application when it is returned.

 Assists all program managers with updating the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) and ensures all attestations are kept current.

 Provides excellent customer service to all external and internal customers, which includes acting in a courteous professional manner at all times, answering phone calls, sending applications, and taking care of incoming mail.

 Builds relationships with all Program Managers (PMs), providers and company associates, which includes communication, active listening, training and education, and proactive problem resolution.

 Supports PM with tracking medical licensure and DEA requests for providers to include updating the licensure spreadsheet as needed

 Updates and maintains data in all Provider Enrollment systems, which includes the ECT tool, payor application spreadsheet, ICC review spreadsheet from provider enrollment as well as CAQH.

 Uploads changes to the training manual upon program manager request as well as uploads and maintains provider documents in the team room.

 Serves as a support to the subject matter expert in CAQH/ECT between Provider Enrollment and Intensive Care Consortium (ICC).

 Works with Program Manager to ensure National Plan & Provider Enumerations System (NPI/NPPES) is reflecting correctly for all ICC providers.

 Serves as support to the primary contact for all Service Centers regarding the Provider Enrollment software application.

 Performs other duties as assigned and works on special projects as required.

 Identifies and voices process improvement opportunities.

 Participates in educational activities and programs.

Qualifications

What Qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION:

 Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or

 

EXPERIENCE:

 Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Must have a general knowledge of healthcare information systems and be proficient in the use of a personal computer.
