Reporting to the Director of Perioperative, Cath Lab, and Radiology, the Operating Room Nurse Manager will have clinical and administrative for this active department that features state-of-the-art equipment including robotics. This comprehensive department offers multiple surgical specialties including spinal, total joints, and general surgery. The Inpatient Surgery RN Manager will promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance across the OR and Sterile Processing Departments. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will mentor, coach, and supervise a dedicated team of registered nurses, surgical technicians, sterile processing technicians, and other support staff.
