The ideal candidate is professional, a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, and organized. This role is supporting two attorneys.Responsibilities include:Case management – maintain a high volume of paper and computer files in an organized, accurate, and efficient mannerWork with attorney to ensure all cases are receiving the necessary attention, motions are filed in a timely manner, and deadlines are not missedPrepare, edit, and/or modify pleadingsFile pleadingsAssist with trial prep, prepare trial notebooksCommunicate with clientsSkills required:Strong Communication skillsDependableCritical thinking abilitiesProblem solving skillsOrganizedStrong writing and grammar skillsAbility to operate all Microsoft office programs, Google Suite (experience with Clio and Citrix is a plus)Minimum education required: Associates in Paralegal Studies, Bachelors preferred.We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
