The Nurse Manager Hospice will be a part of a thriving health system that is a healthcare leader in the region. This position is based out of this system’s 300+ bed Level I Trauma Center acute care hospital that is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the state. The Hospice Clinical RN Manager will enjoy working in this dynamic system that provides ample professional growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Director, the Nurse Manager Hospice will oversee nursing and operations for hospice and palliative care. This growing department has a patient census of up to 140 and plans to start a Home Palliative Program at the beginning of the year. The Hospice Clinical RN Manager is responsible for managing staffing needs, staff scheduling, budgetary oversight, and ensuring nurses meet clinical performance standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader ready to contribute their clinical hospice experience with their management skills.
