Responsibilities

What would you do?
 

We pay you to train to become a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician. As a BT/RBT, work one on one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment, primarily in their homes.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis? 

 

ABA is the science of applying focused and data-driven techniques to the principals of learning, to help change behavior. Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree 

  • Must have your own car, a valid driver’s license and car insurance

How will my schedule work?

Your schedule will be created by matching your availability to the needs of our patients. Many of our patients are school-aged children, so most of our needs are in the afternoons, weekends, and all day Friday. We ask that you meet our minimum availability requirement of M-F from 3pm – 7pm. If you are also available at other times, we may be able to schedule you for additional hours according to the needs of our patients. Your open availability helps us to fill your schedule. Finally, providing consistency and continuity of care is a key element of excellent patient care.
