Your Opportunity:

• Leads a team of data analysts.
  
  
  
  • Aligns team’s work with business priorities, prioritizes team workflow, conducts staff meetings, coach and mentors team members, provides training and development to team members, provides regular performance feedback and drafts and conducts performance reviews.
  
  
  • Builds a strong culture of trust, learning and collaboration, while creating business value and success.
  
  
  • Keeps team focused on key priorities, engaged and productive.
  
  
  • Drives the accuracy of the Quarterly Business Review process and owns the process of leveraging data for business reporting.
  
  
  • Develops internal team processes that maintain and improve efficiency and results.
  
  
  
  


• Proactively learns of business needs and translates them into actionable workstreams to their team. Identifies key opportunities by leading analysis across our business departments.


• Builds tools, dashboards and datasets to allow business users and data teams to access data and insight easily, consistently, and with a broad range of data sophistication.


• Educates & trains business stakeholders on the methodology, appropriate tools and necessary knowledge to support their digital businesses.


• Drives the use and adoption of analytics into the business.


• Supports cross functional, strategic projects by tracking pre-defined KPIs and providing additional analytics when necessary.

Requirements:

• A./ B.S. in business, engineering, computer science, technology or related field required


• 7+ years of data analytics experience


• 5+ years of experience managing teams


• 5+ years of experience interacting with executive & senior stakeholders


• 5+ years of experience with modern analytic tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)


• 5+ years of experience with SQL programming, data warehousing, cloud technologies (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, SQL Server)


• Strong statistical modeling expertise


• Experience in developing advanced data and machine learning infrastructure and systems


• Strong written and verbal communication skills
