As a Member Contact Specialist at Altra, you will be responsible for efficiently handling telephone inquiries from current and potential members regarding products, services, transactions, and other information. Member Contact Specialists act as the virtual branch for many of our members locally and nationally, responding to inbound telephone, email, website, and live chat inquiries.

High school diploma or GED is required and one (1) year to three (3) years of similar or related experience is required, customer service and sales, specifically in a Call Center/Contact Center, is preferred. Must be able to work at a desk for long periods of time and this position requires the ability to speak, hear and communicate with others. The ideal candidate will be required to speak English and Spanish. Se prefiere bilingüe en español.

Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on a rotating schedule Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
