The Practice

United Health Centers Bullard Avenue - Fresno, CA

• New Urgent Care in affiliation with the United Health Centers of San Joaquin Valley. This location is conveniently located in Fresno.
• Single coverage and as practice grows, may add another shift. Provider coverage on any given day is provided by physicians or advanced providers
• Labs and pharmacy on weekdays. Point of care testing.
• Vituity also covers the urgent cares in Sanger and Mendota. All providers are cross-credentialed at all sites.
• Due to the integrated approach to care with United Health Centers, any patient that needs follow up care, will get an appointment scheduled with a primary care provider.

The Opportunity

• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine or primary care
• Must be comfortable performing procedures
• Must be comfortable with single provider coverage
