Summary of Job:

The Planned Service Coordinator will provide support services to the Home Services Support Manager and staff as a key component to the Home Services team. This role provides accurate, detailed and comprehensive information enabling the management team to make effective business decisions. Critical thinking, fundamental understanding of full cycle accounts receivable and a commitment to efficiency and detail are vital to the success of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)


  • Ensures timely and accurate cancelations of expired planned service agreements

  • Ensures timely and accurate renewals of planned service agreements when necessary

  • Serves as lead contact for all Planned Service related questions

  • Works closely with Guest Services manager and team to ensure all planned service contracts are being fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner

  • Notifies customers of upcoming visits via mail

  • Reduces the amount of planned service cancellations by reviewing and addressing customer concerns

  • Upholds accurate records of all planned service information

  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of all planned service agreements and non-billable planned service reports for invoicing

  • Strong focus and attention to detail on customer retention

  • Able to handle stress and job demands.

  • Able to cooperatively work with others.

Education and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years data entry/administrative experience

Skills and Abilities:


  • Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

  • Must be able to type proficiently. 60+ WPM w/ accuracy.

  • Working knowledge of Home Service Planned Service Agreements.

  • Experience with customer scheduling and plan service sales required.

A person in this position can be expected to reach over shoulder heights; crouch or stoop below the waist; experience repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds depending on the position.
