Blending Operator

• Set up and inspect grinding equipment in accordance with the standard operating procedures and checklists.
• Assure the equipment is working properly.
• Operate platform control panel.
• Make certain the recipes are used.
• Assure blenders have enough raw materials to supply the forming lines.
• Add appropriate amount of seasoning as needed per product specifications.
• Inject the correct amount of CO2 into the final mixer/grinder.
• Record usage using information from the combo labels.
• Immediately report any foreign objects to the supervisor.
• Operate electric hand jack to load and unload materials from trailer.

Other duties as assigned

Been able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

1 month floor training closely supervised by Group Leader
